Relaxation and Psychomotor Therapy

Relaxation and Psychomotor Therapy is a health pedagogical profession, which integrates natural and health sciences, psychology and pedagogy with psychomotor theory and practice.

In this context "psycho" does not mean "nutcase" but has to do with psychological elements, whereas "motor" has to do with movement.

Our basic view of human beings is holistic, and we regard the body not only as a mechanism, but as having deep-rooted emotional traits. Psychologically, the body and its movements are therefore inseparable from the mind.

The main fields of study are: psychomotricity, relaxation and psychomotor therapy, pedagogy and psychology, natural and health sciences, social science and theory of science.
